Emergency Light Maintenance

It is a requirement that all emergency light systems are serviced on a quarterly basis.
Quarterly visits shall be scheduled to occur at least 4 times in the years at intervals of no
greater than four months. The system needs to be tested to achieve the same results given at
initial commission and handover. The system is fully checked to ensure a fully functional fast
and safe escape in the event of an emergency. On completion of the testing a service report
and Annual Certificate of Servicing is issued.
